Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
- Whisk together everything but chicken.
- Coat chicken in mixture and let marinade in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Coat grill pan with cooking spray.
- Cook chicken 3-5min per side until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
- Place leftover marinade in small saucepan and simmer over medium heat.
- Cook until reduced by half, around 4min.
- Brush sauce onto chicken and serve.
