Banana Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter

 

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ~5 mashed overripe bananas

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a loaf pan.
  3. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
  4. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended.
  5. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten.
  6. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 60-65 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before cooling on a rack.
