Ingredients
- 4 cups rice cereal
- 20oz mini marshmallows
- 1 package double stuffed oreos
- 6-8oz butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper.
- Twist open the oreos and scrape the cream into a microwavable bowl.
- Crush the oreo cookies.
- Add the oreo cookies, rice cereal, and 1 cup marshmallows to a large bowl and mix.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter.
- Add the marshmallows and stir until fully melted and combined with the butter.
- Turn off the heat and add the vanilla, stirring until combined.
- Dump the marshmallow mixture over the cookies and cereal and mix well.
- Scoop it into the prepared dish and gently press into the corners until it is even all across.
- Microwave the oreo cream centers for 30 seconds.
- Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds.
- Stir again and spoon evenly over the rice treats.
- Let sit until firm and then devour.
